Bobby’s hands-on experience gives owners something invaluable: operational clarity. From evaluating property condition and rental readiness to supervising maintenance and tenant placement, Bobby understands what it takes to protect an asset and keep it performing.
As Property Manager in Charge, Bobby ensures compliance, efficiency, and execution at every stage of the management process.

Krista brings more than 20 years of executive-level project and operations leadership, including two decades supporting U.S. Navy programs managing large-scale budgets, performance metrics, and cross-functional teams.
Krista’s background in structured execution, financial oversight, and stakeholder accountability now supports Lakeview Property Management’s commitment to transparent reporting, disciplined processes, and strategic growth for property owners.
After a long career in defense program leadership, Krista transitioned her expertise into the private sector – partnering with her brother
to build a locally owned firm grounded in professionalism,
integrity, and performance.
