We are a maintenance company here in Charleston that provides services specifically to property management companies and individual homeowners. We have a team ready to help with your maintenance needs. We specialize in handyman type repairs in occupied short and long term rentals and owner occupied homes. We provide the service of scheduling directly with the tenant, notify the client of the service date and time, then provide documentation of completion to our client.

Our business provides timely services and repairs for non-emergency, handyman type work that will need to be repaired within the next few days. We contact the customer within 2 business hours of receiving the WO and in most cases the work order will be scheduled within the week(usually the first available time the tenant requests).

We are Licensed and insured and we would love the opportunity to connect with you to become your preferred vendor.

Upfront Pricing. We provide you with detailed pricing before we do the work. Our service fee of $150 includes 15 minutes of diagnostic, estimate or repair time. We then bill hourly at $75 per hour or provide a bid for repairs with detailed pricing. Payment for the service fee is required upon scheduling of the maintenance request. Online payments required for all transactions.
